Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy secures major photovoltaic EPC contract

Wuxiang Beiqing Smart Energy, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited, has signed an EPC contract with CR 17th Bureau 2nd Engineering. This contract is for a 100MW photovoltaic power generation project in Wuxiang County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. The aggregate contracting fee for these EPC services is RMB405,513,902.57 (tax inclusive), subject to adjustments for national tax policy changes.

The consideration includes a construction and engineering installation fee of RMB97,244,230.42, equipment purchase fee of RMB266,822,566.39, survey and design fee of RMB4,760,000.00, safety and civilized construction fee of RMB2,431,105.76, and other fees of RMB34,256,000.00. The project's planned commencement date is May 1, 2026, with an expected completion date of September 30, 2027.

This transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction for Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. The Group believes this project will enhance its strategic layout and business footprint in the Shanxi market, supporting its sustainable development and future revenue base.
