China Daye postpones SGM, cancels share register closure

China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited has announced the postponement of its Special General Meeting (SGM), which was initially set for Monday, 5 January 2026. The decision to reschedule was made to allow shareholders sufficient time to consider the resolutions and due to the company's current situations. A new date for the SGM will be announced later, though the venue at Function Room 4 & 6, 3/F, The Mira Hong Kong, will remain unchanged.

In light of the SGM's postponement, the company has cancelled the previously announced closure period for its register of members. This period was originally scheduled from Tuesday, 30 December 2025 to Monday, 5 January 2026, inclusive. Further announcements regarding the new SGM date and the revised register closure period will be made.

The board of China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited includes executive directors Mr. Xiao Shuxin (chairman), Mr. Zhang Jinzhong, and Ms. Zhang Aijun, along with independent non-executive directors Ms. Liu Fang, Mr. Wang Qihong, and Mr. Kong Hua.
