Evergrande Property Services Group Limited announced on December 19, 2025, that its liquidators have received updated non-binding indicative offers from selected bidders for a potential transaction. The liquidators are currently evaluating these offers and do not intend to consider any new non-binding proposals.

The company emphasized that the potential transaction remains in a preliminary stage. The timing and details for the next phase, including the submission of final proposals, have yet to be finalized by the liquidators. Furthermore, no negotiations have taken place with potential bidders, and the liquidators have not formed a view on the transaction or reached any formal, legally binding agreement.

Evergrande Property Services Group will continue to issue monthly updates regarding the progress of the potential transaction, as required by Rule 3.7 of the Takeovers Code. Shareholders are urged to exercise extreme caution, as there is no assurance that the transaction will materialize.
