China Resources Power announces board reshuffle, appoints two new directors

China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited announced significant changes to its board of directors, effective December 19, 2025. Liu Xiusheng has resigned as an executive director due to other work arrangements. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, Hou Yongjie has been appointed as an executive director. Hou, aged 57, brings extensive experience in electric power generation and business management, having served in various managerial roles within the company since 2003. He holds a bachelor's degree and has beneficial interests in 1,740 shares of China Resources Power and 1,000 shares of China Resources Gas Group Limited.

Additionally, Man Wing Yee, Ginny, aged 52, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and will also serve on the audit and risk committee and the remuneration committee. Man is a consultant with extensive experience in finance and corporate restructuring and holds various public appointments. She will receive a director's fee of HK$470,000 per annum and has beneficial interests in 437,900 shares of the company.
