China Resources Gas announces new company secretary and authorized representative

China Resources Gas Group Limited announced that Ms. Cheng Kwai Yuk has resigned as the company secretary and ceased to act as the authorized representative, effective December 19, 2025. The board expressed gratitude for her contributions and confirmed no disagreement or other outstanding matters regarding her departure.

Concurrently, Mr. Au Kai Yin has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative, also effective December 19, 2025. Mr. Au brings over 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial and governance affairs, having worked with both listed and private companies. He is currently an assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and holds a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance and Compliance from Hong Kong Baptist University.

The board of directors comprises Mr. Yang Ping, Ms. Qin Yan, and Mr. Liu Haiyan as executive directors; Ms. Ge Lu, Mr. Li Weiwei, Mr. Zhang Junzheng, Mr. Fang Xin, and Mr. Zhang Shenwen as non-executive directors; and Mr. Wong Tak Shing, Mr. Yu Hon To, David, Mr. Yang Yuchuan, and Mr. Li Pok Yan as independent non-executive directors.
