China Oilfield Services names new nomination committee member

China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) has announced the appointment of Ms. Chiu Lai Kuen, Susanna, as a new member of its Nomination Committee, effective from December 19, 2025. Ms. Chiu, an independent non-executive director, joins the committee to bolster the company's governance structure.

Following this appointment, the Nomination Committee will consist of four members. The expanded committee includes Messrs. Yao Xin, who serves as chairman, Zhao Shunqiang, and Kwok Lam Kwong, Larry, alongside the newly appointed Ms. Chiu Lai Kuen, Susanna. This change aligns with Code Provision B.3.5 of the Corporate Governance Code as set out in Appendix C1 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

COSL's board of directors believes this adjustment will enhance the diversity of the Nomination Committee and further strengthen the company's overall corporate governance framework. As of the announcement date, the board comprises a mix of executive, employee representative, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.
