GoFintech Quantum Innovation extends share subscription long stop date

GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited has further extended the long stop date for its new share subscription. The company and subscribers entered into a fifth supplemental agreement on December 18, 2025, pushing the long stop date to January 8, 2026. This extension was mutually agreed upon after arm's length negotiation, as additional time is required to fulfill the conditions precedent.

This marks the fifth such extension, following previous agreements that moved the long stop date from September 25, 2025, to October 16, 2025, then to November 6, 2025, November 27, 2025, and December 18, 2025, respectively. All other terms of the subscription agreements remain unchanged.

The completion of the subscription is conditional upon the satisfaction or waiver of conditions precedent. Shareholders and potential investors are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares, as the subscription may or may not proceed.
