Genertec Universal Medical names non-executive director, committee chair

Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited has appointed Ma Wanming as a non-executive director, effective December 18, 2025. Ma, 50, brings extensive experience in financial accounting, asset-liability management, risk management, and investment business. He currently serves as member of party committee and deputy general manager of China Cinda (HK) Holdings Company Limited. Ma holds a master's degree in management majoring in accounting and possesses international accountant and senior accountant qualifications. His appointment is until the next annual general meeting, where he will be eligible for re-election, and he will not receive remuneration for this service.

In addition to his board appointment, Ma will assume the role of chairman of the risk control committee and a member of the strategy and ESG committee of the board, effective December 18, 2025. This strategic move is expected to leverage his expertise across these critical governance areas.

The current executive directors of the company are Chen Shisu (chairman), Wang Wenbing, and Wang Lin. The non-executive directors include Tong Chaoyin, Lin Chunhai, Huang Youjie, and Ma Wanming. Independent non-executive directors are Li Yinquan, Chow Siu Lui, Xu Zhiming, and Chan, Hiu Fung Nicholas.
