China Construction Bank to pay 2.142 bn yuan in preference share dividends

China Construction Bank Corporation has announced a cash dividend of 3.57 yuan per share (inclusive of tax) for its domestic preference shares. This distribution follows the board of directors' approval on October 30, 2025.

The dividend period for these shares spans from December 26, 2024, to December 25, 2025. Key dates for this distribution include December 24, 2025, as the last trading date, and December 25, 2025, as both the record date and ex-dividend date. Dividend payments are scheduled for December 26, 2025.

With an issuance volume of 600 million domestic preference shares, the total cash dividends to be distributed will amount to 2.142 billion yuan (inclusive of tax). Resident enterprise shareholders are responsible for their own income tax, receiving the full 3.57 yuan per share. Other shareholders' tax payments will align with relevant regulations.
