XtalPi CFO Tam Man Hong transitions to development adviser role

XtalPi Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced that Tam Man Hong, currently the chief financial officer, will step down from his CFO role effective December 31, 2025. Subsequently, Tam will assume the position of the company's Hong Kong and international development adviser starting January 1, 2026. This new role is designed to leverage his expertise for business development in Hong Kong and overseas, including serving as a non-executive director for overseas subsidiaries like LCC Technologies Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Liverpool, UK.

In his new capacity, Tam will guide the company on establishing its incubation ecosystem in Hong Kong, focusing on areas like the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone, international mergers and acquisitions, and sustainable development. The board confirmed no disagreements regarding this role change and expressed gratitude for his contributions, particularly in the company's listing and corporate finance transactions since joining in 2020.

The company also stated that a further announcement regarding the appointment of a new chief financial officer will be made at a later date. The current board, as of this announcement, includes Dr. Wen Shuhao, Dr. Ma Jian, Dr. Lai Lipeng, and Dr. Jiang Yide Alan as executive directors, alongside independent non-executive directors Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Chan Wing Ki, and Chow Ming Sang.
