Kaisa Group extends note consent deadline to December 28

Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. has extended the expiration deadline for its consent solicitation related to the Notes. The deadline has been moved from 4:00 p.m. London Time on December 17, 2025, to 4:00 p.m. London Time on December 28, 2025. This extension provides holders with additional time to deliver their consents.

Eligible holders who validly delivered their consents on or prior to the original deadline are not required to take further action, as their instructions remain valid and irrevocable. Those who deliver a consent on or prior to the new expiration deadline will receive a consent fee, as detailed in the consent solicitation statement.
