Midea Real Estate names new nomination committee members

Midea Real Estate Holding Limited announced that Ms. Ren Lingyan, a non-executive director, and Mr. O'Yang Wiley, an independent non-executive director, have been appointed as members of the board's Nomination Committee, effective December 16, 2025. These appointments align with amendments to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Code, which take effect on July 1, 2025.

Following these changes, the Nomination Committee will comprise five members: Mr. Wang Dazai (chairman), Ms. Ren Lingyan, Mr. Tan Jinsong, Mr. O'Yang Wiley, and Mr. Lu Qi. The board believes these changes will enhance the board's diversity and strengthen the company's corporate governance practices overall.

As of the announcement date, the executive directors include Mr. Wang Dazai (co-chairman and president), Mr. Hao Hengle (co-chairman), and Ms. Liu Min. Non-executive directors are Mr. He Jianfeng, Mr. Zhao Jun, and Ms. Ren Lingyan, while independent non-executive directors include Mr. Tan Jinsong, Mr. O'Yang Wiley, and Mr. Lu Qi.
