Bank of Gansu renews property management contract with Changhong for 2026

Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. has renewed its property management services contract with Changhong Property Management for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This continuing connected transaction, entered into on December 16, 2025, involves Changhong Property Management providing services for the bank's office premises and ancillary facilities. The annual service fee under the contract is RMB4,870,000, payable quarterly.

Changhong Property Management is considered a connected person of the bank because Gansu State-owned Assets Investment, a substantial shareholder of the bank (holding approximately 23.41% of issued share capital), indirectly holds the entire equity interest in Changhong Property Management. The transaction is subject to reporting, announcement, and annual review requirements but is exempt from independent shareholders’ approval.

Historical transaction amounts show that for the year ended December 31, 2024, the bank paid approximately RMB4,870,000 for similar services. For the eleven months ended November 30, 2025, payments totaled RMB3,652,500. The annual cap for 2026 is set at RMB4,870,000, aligning with the new contract’s total annual service fee.
