Haohai biological technology appoints new joint company secretary

Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in its joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent roles, effective December 12, 2025. Mr. Chiu Ming King has resigned from these positions.

Following Mr. Chiu's departure, Ms. Lai Ying Tung has been appointed as a joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent. Ms. Lai holds professional qualifications as required by Listing Rule 3.28 and brings nearly a decade of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance services for both listed and private companies. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom since 2021. Ms. Tian Min will continue in her role as the other joint company secretary.

The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Chiu for his contributions and extended a warm welcome to Ms. Lai. The board of directors includes Dr. Hou Yongtai, Mr. Wu Jianying, Ms. Chen Yiyi, and Mr. Tang Minjie as executive directors; Ms. You Jie, Mr. Huang Ming, and Mr. Wei Changzheng as non-executive directors; and Mr. Shen Hongbo, Mr. Jiang Zhihong, Mr. Su Zhi, and Mr. Yang Yushe as independent non-executive directors.
