Everbright Water renews six key agreements through 2028

China Everbright Water Limited announced the renewal of six continuing connected transactions with China Everbright Group and Everbright Environment, extending from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. These renewals include agreements for deposit services, loan services, underwriting and advisory services, sludge and hazardous waste treatment, property lease, and employee healthcare protection services. The company entered into these 2026-2028 Framework Agreements on December 11, 2025.

The annual caps for 2026, 2027, and 2028 are set at HK$150m for Deposit Services, HK$150m for Loan Services, HK$20m for Underwriting and Advisory Services, and HK$170m for Sludge Treatment. Property Lease is capped at HK$14m annually. Employee Healthcare Protection Services have RMB caps of RMB25m for 2026, RMB29m for 2027, and RMB34m for 2028. All transactions will be conducted on normal commercial terms, with internal controls to ensure fair pricing and compliance.
