On December 9, 2025, Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc, an associate connected with the Offeror, disclosed dealings in ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. A shares. These transactions were made for its own account as hedging for Delta 1 products from unsolicited client-driven orders, all conducted in yuan.

The disclosures detail both purchases and sales. Morgan Stanley bought 1,200 ordinary shares for yuan 25,837.0000, with prices ranging from yuan 21.3800 to yuan 21.6300. Concurrently, it sold 180,900 ordinary shares for yuan 3,888,745.0000, with sale prices between yuan 21.3300 and yuan 21.7000.

These dealings occurred amidst the privatization of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. by way of a scheme of arrangement. Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
