Envision Greenwise turns profit in first half, green businesses surge

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited reported revenue of approximately HK$815.5m for the six months ended September 30, 2025, a significant increase of HK$567.3m or 228.6% compared to HK$248.2m in the prior year. This growth propelled the company to a profit attributable to owners of HK$15.1m, a notable turnaround from a loss of approximately HK$26.6m in the same period of 2024. The gross profit also increased by 89.6% to HK$84.2m, though the gross profit margin decreased to 10.3% from 17.9% in the previous year.

The surge in revenue was primarily attributed to a substantial increase in reverse supply chain management and environmental-related services, which grew by approximately HK$632.4m. This was partially offset by a HK$65.0m decrease in revenue from superstructure building and RMAA works. Adjusted EBITDA for the period rose significantly to approximately HK$36.1m, from HK$15.9m in the corresponding period of 2024, reflecting improved operating performance.

Total capital expenditure for the six months ended September 30, 2025, amounted to approximately HK$106.5m, predominantly for property, plant, and equipment. The company's current ratio slightly increased to 1.8, while the gearing ratio stood at 1.2%. No interim dividend was declared for the period.
