China Oilfield Services appoints new employee representative director

On December 10, 2025, Mr. Xiao Jia resigned as an executive director of China Oilfield Services Limited due to corporate governance restructuring. Concurrently, Mr. Xiao Jia was appointed as an employee representative director at the company's employee representative congress, with his new appointment also effective December 10, 2025, for a three-year term.

Mr. Xiao, born in 1982, previously served as deputy party secretary and chairman of the labour union, and was an executive director from December 2024 to December 2025. His annual remuneration as an employee representative director is projected to range from 0.9 million yuan to 1.25 million yuan, determined based on the company's remuneration management measures and senior management standards.

This board change follows the approval of the proposed cancellation of the supervisory committee and amendments to the articles of association, which mandates the board to include one democratically elected employee representative director. Mr. Xiao has confirmed no disagreements with the board regarding his resignation.
