Tibet Water Resources rebrands as Xizang Glacier, unveils new logo

Tibet Water Resources Ltd. officially changed its English name to "5100 Xizang Glacier Company Limited," effective October 31, 2025. This rebranding follows a special resolution passed by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.

Further reflecting the name change, the company's stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will switch from "TIBET WATER" to "5100 XIZANG" in English, effective from 9:00 a.m. on December 11, 2025. The company's stock code, 1115, will remain unchanged.

In line with the new identity, the company has also adopted a new logo, which is prominently displayed at the top of the announcement, with immediate effect. This logo will appear on all future corporate documents, including reports and share certificates. The company assures shareholders that the name change will not affect their rights, business operations, or financial position, and existing share certificates remain valid.
