ENN Energy updates share options amidst privatization proposal

ENN Energy Holdings Limited announced an update on its relevant securities as of December 8, 2025. Following the exercise of 776 ENN Share Options, 776 new ENN Shares were issued. Concurrently, 4,524,537 ENN Share Options granted under the ENN 2012 Share Option Scheme lapsed.
