China Galaxy Securities issues RMB4 bn commercial paper for working capital

China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. announced the completion of its 2025 twenty-eighth tranche of short-term commercial paper issuance on December 8, 2025. This issuance, referred to as "Commercial Paper," has a total size of RMB4 billion, with each unit priced at RMB100.

The Commercial Paper has a term of 248 days and a final coupon rate of 1.74%. The proceeds are designated to supplement the working capital of the company. This move follows an amendment to the authorization plan approved at the first extraordinary general meeting on February 17, 2025, which allows the board to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of the company's latest audited net assets.

The executive directors of the company as of the announcement date include Mr. Wang Sheng (chairman) and Mr. Xue Jun (vice chairman and president). Non-executive directors are Mr. Yang Tijun, Ms. Li Hui, Ms. Huang Yan, and Mr. Song Weigang, while independent non-executive directors are Mr. Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Mr. Liu Li, Mr. Ma Zhiming, and Ms. Fan Xiaoyun.
