Country Garden Services appoints Tian Tian as new CFO

Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited announced the resignation of Huang Peng as chief financial officer, effective December 5, 2025. Huang will transition to focus on the management of the group's incubation businesses, including environmental, commercial operational, "Three Supplies and Property Management," real estate agency, asset management, and other innovative ventures. He will continue to serve as the executive president of the company.

Succeeding Huang is Tian Tian, who has been appointed as the new chief financial officer, effective December 5, 2025. Tian will assume overall responsibility for the company's financial management and capital market-related activities. She brings extensive experience as a PRC certified public accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with previous roles including CFO of a new energy logistics company and vice president of finance at Waterdrop Inc.

The board expressed gratitude to Huang for his contributions and extended a warm welcome to Tian. The current executive directors are Xu Binhuai and Xiao Hua, with Yang Huiyan as the non-executive chairman.
