Wealthink AI-Innovation proposes name change to HK.AI Capital Limited

Wealthink AI-Innovation Capital Limited is proposing to change its English name to "HK.AI Capital Limited." The move aims to refresh the company’s brand and better reflect its strategic business plan, with "HK" abbreviating "Hua Ke," the Putonghua pinyin of the first two characters of its Chinese name. The board believes this change will benefit the group’s future business development and enhance its corporate image, serving the best interests of the company and its shareholders.

The proposed name change is contingent upon shareholders passing a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and approval from the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. Upon satisfaction of these conditions, the change will take effect from the date of the new certificate of incorporation.

The company will also update its stock short names, logo, and website, though its stock code, 1140, will remain the same. The change will not impact shareholder rights, existing share certificates, or the company's daily operations and financial position.
