China Merchants Bank announces preference share dividend distribution

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. has approved the distribution of the eighth annual dividends for its domestic preference shares, "Zhao Yin You 1" (stock code: 360028). The dividend payment will be RMB3.62 (tax inclusive) per preference share, representing a dividend rate of 3.62%. The total cash dividends to be distributed amount to RMB995.5 million (tax inclusive).

The dividend will be paid to all holders of "Zhao Yin You 1" whose names appear on the register of members after the close of trading hours on 17 December 2025. Domestic resident enterprises will pay their dividend income tax themselves, while other holders will adhere to relevant tax provisions, with the latest tax laws prevailing if changes occur before payment.

Key dates for the distribution include a last trading date of 16 December 2025, a record date of 17 December 2025, and an ex-dividend date of 17 December 2025. The dividend payment date is scheduled for 18 December 2025.
