XJ International Holdings reports steady share capital in November

XJ International Holdings Co., Ltd. reported no changes to its authorized or issued share capital for the month ended November 30, 2025. The company’s total authorized share capital remained at $100,000, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.00001 per share.

The total number of issued ordinary shares also held steady at 8,673,936,140, with no movements in either issued shares (excluding treasury shares) or treasury shares during the month.
