Sun Art Retail shareholders approve employee trust scheme amendments

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 4, 2025, Sun Art Retail Group Limited shareholders approved amendments to the company's employee trust benefit schemes. The ordinary resolution, which included proposed amendments to the Auchan Scheme and RT-Mart Scheme, passed with a significant majority.

A total of 8.05 bn votes, representing 96.097% of the votes cast, were in favor of the resolution, while 327.04 m votes (3.903%) were cast against it. The total number of shares in issue and eligible to vote at the EGM was 9.54 bn.

The amendments authorize the company's directors to implement the adoption of the proposed changes and the amended schemes. All directors of the company attended the EGM either in person or by electronic means.
