Stella International's share capital grows after option exercises

Stella International Holdings Limited reported an increase in its issued ordinary shares by 120,000, bringing the total to 839,696,500 shares as of November 30, 2025. This rise is attributed to the exercise of share options under its 2017 Share Option Scheme, which generated HK$1,092,000 in funds for the company. The number of outstanding options under the 2017 scheme decreased to 23,166,500.

The company's authorized share capital remains unchanged at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares, with an authorized/registered share capital of HK$500,000,000. All new shares issued are ordinary shares and rank pari passu with existing shares, as confirmed by the company's directors.

The total number of ordinary shares that may be issued or transferred out of treasury upon the exercise of all options under the 2017 scheme is 23,166,500, while the 2024 Share Option Scheme, which currently has no options exercised, could potentially issue 81,027,500 shares.
