Country Garden announces leadership reshuffle, new appointments

Mo Bin has been re-designated from president to co-chairman of Country Garden Holdings, effective December 4, 2025, while retaining his executive director position. He will assist the board in strategic relationships and resource integration. Concurrently, Mo has resigned as a member of the remuneration committee and ceased to be an authorised representative from the same effective date. His director's service agreement is for two years commencing January 1, 2025, with annual emoluments of RMB120,000 and other fringe benefits; for 2024, he received RMB125,984. Mo holds 86,591,006 company shares (0.30%) and $30,000,000 in debentures.

Dr. Cheng Guangyu, an executive director, has been appointed as the new president of the company, effective December 4, 2025. He will oversee strategic deployment, operations, and administrative management. Dr. Cheng has also been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee and an authorised representative. His service agreement, also for two years from January 1, 2025, includes an annual salary of RMB1,000,000 and other fringe benefits; in 2024, his total remuneration was RMB1,026,347. Dr. Cheng is interested in 31,403,439 shares (0.11%).

In light of these changes, Luo Jie has been re-designated as the alternate authorised representative to Dr. Cheng, effective December 4, 2025.
