Comba Telecom’s issued share capital grows on option exercises

Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited reported an increase of 913,000 ordinary shares in its issued share capital for November 2025. This brings the total number of issued shares to 3,133,487,722. The increase was primarily due to the exercise of share options under the Share Option Scheme adopted on June 3, 2013, which resulted in 913,000 new shares being issued.

The exercise of these share options generated total funds of HK$1,853,390 for the company during the month. The total authorized/registered share capital remains at HK$500,000,000, consisting of 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each.

The Share Option Scheme adopted on June 3, 2013, was terminated following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on May 22, 2023, with no further options granted under this scheme. The company also has a Share Option Scheme adopted on May 22, 2023, with 125,000 options outstanding as of month-end.
