China Pacific Insurance names Wang Yuhua as non-executive director

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co. Ltd. announced that Ms. Wang Yuhua's appointment as a non-executive director has received official approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA). This approval formally sanctions her directorship, effective December 2, 2025. Her term of office will run until the expiry of the 10th session of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Wang Yuhua was elected at the company's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on August 29, 2025, following resolutions from the 15th meeting of the 10th session of the board of directors on July 31, 2025. This information was previously disclosed in the company's circular dated August 12, 2025, and an announcement detailing poll results on August 29, 2025.

As of December 5, 2025, the board comprises executive directors Mr. Fu Fan and Mr. Zhao Yonggang; non-executive directors Mr. Huang Dinan, Mr. Wang Tayu, Ms. Wang Yuhua, Mr. Chen Ran, Mr. Zhou Donghui, Ms. Lu Qiaoling, and Mr. John Robert Dacey; and independent non-executive directors Ms. Chen Xin, Ms. Lam Tyng Yih, Elizabeth, Ms. Lo Yuen Man, Elaine, Mr. Chin Hung I David, and Mr. Jiang Xuping.
