China Cinda: EGM to address director, pay, and donations

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. will convene its 2025 third Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in Beijing. Shareholders will vote on several resolutions, including the 2023 remuneration settlement schemes for directors and supervisors, and the election of Wang Kunhui as a non-executive director. Wang, currently an executive director and general manager at COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd., will not receive director's fees or remuneration from China Cinda.

Additionally, the EGM agenda includes a special resolution to approve charitable donations totaling HK$5.58 million to support fire rescue and relief efforts in Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po District, Hong Kong. This donation aims to fund emergency rescue, injured treatment, and home reconstruction. The company is seeking to increase its 2025 external donation quota by HK$5.32 million for this purpose.

The register of H Shares will be closed from Friday, December 19, 2025, to Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to determine eligibility for EGM attendance and voting. Shareholders wishing to attend must deposit share certificates and transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
