Central China New Life reports steady share capital in November

Central China New Life Limited reported no movements in its authorized or issued share capital for the month ended November 30, 2025. The company's total authorized/registered share capital remained at HK$50,000,000, comprising 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 per share.

The number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) also held steady at 1,299,276,000, with no treasury shares recorded during the period. The total number of issued shares therefore remained at 1,299,276,000. All these shares are listed on the exchange.

The report noted that 138,000 ordinary shares were repurchased for cancellation on February 20 and February 21, 2025. These repurchases were approved at the annual general meeting on June 28, 2024. However, these repurchased shares are not yet cancelled as of the submission date of this monthly return.
