As of November 30, 2025, ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co. Ltd. maintained its total authorized/registered share capital at 1,684,812,900 yuan. The company's H-shares, listed on the Exchange, remained at 1,634,812,900 yuan, each with a par value of 1 yuan. This stability indicates no new issuance or repurchases of H-shares during the reporting period.

Similarly, the company's domestic shares also showed no movement, holding steady at 50,000,000 yuan, with each share valued at 1 yuan. These domestic shares are not listed on the Exchange. The total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) for H-shares was 1,634,812,900, and for domestic shares, it was 50,000,000.

The report, submitted on December 3, 2025, by company secretary Yongbo Zhang, confirms that ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance’s issued share capital remained unchanged for the month.
