Swire Properties to announce 2025 annual results and dividend in March 2026

Swire Properties Limited has announced a board committee meeting for Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the company's registered office. The meeting's primary purpose is to announce the annual results for the financial year ending December 31, 2025.

Additionally, the committee will consider the payment of a second interim dividend for 2025, which will be in lieu of a final dividend.
