Scholar Education group reports stable share capital for November

Scholar Education Group’s latest monthly return to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ending November 30, 2025, shows a consistent capital structure. The company’s total authorized share capital remained at $1,000,000, comprising 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of $0.001 each.

The total number of issued ordinary shares also held steady at 674,869,050. No new shares were issued or treasury shares transacted during the month. The company noted a repurchase of 1,088,000 shares for cancellation, which were not yet cancelled as of the close of the month.

Outstanding share options under the scheme adopted on June 3, 2019, remained at 18,615,950, with 9,169,050 shares potentially issuable. Additionally, 30,563,500 share options under the scheme adopted on February 27, 2024, were outstanding, with 8,335,500 shares potentially issuable. No funds were raised from the exercise of options in November.
