Logan Group's share capital stable in November

For the month ended November 30, 2025, Logan Group Company Limited reported no changes in its authorized or registered share capital. The total authorized/registered share capital remained at HK$10,000,000,000, comprising 100,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.1 each.

The company's issued share capital also held steady, with 5,685,407,450 ordinary shares outstanding at the close of November, identical to the previous month. There were no new shares issued or treasury shares transacted during the period.

Furthermore, Logan Group confirmed that its Share Option Scheme adopted on November 18, 2013, expired on November 17, 2023. As a result, no further share options will be granted under this scheme, and there were no movements in outstanding share options during the reporting month.
