China Reinsurance announces EGM date and share register closure

China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation has announced that its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2025 will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

To determine eligibility for attending the EGM, the company's register of members will be closed from Thursday, December 18, 2025, to Tuesday, December 23, 2025, inclusive. During this period, no share transfers will be processed. Holders of H shares and domestic shares appearing on the register by December 23, 2025, are entitled to attend and vote. Unregistered H share holders intending to vote must lodge their transfer documents and share certificates with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

A circular detailing the resolutions to be proposed at the EGM will be distributed to shareholders. The announcement, dated December 3, 2025, was made on behalf of the Board by company secretary Ng Sau Mei.
