Bairong Inc. reports increase in issued share capital

Bairong Inc. reported an increase in its issued share capital for the month ended November 30, 2025. The total number of issued WVR ordinary shares B rose by 8,000 to 394,456,325, attributed to the exercise of share options. The company's total authorized/registered share capital at month-end stood at $50,000, comprising $40,000 from WVR ordinary shares B and $10,000 from WVR ordinary shares A.

During November, 8,000 WVR ordinary shares B were issued under the share incentive plan adopted on August 26, 2019, raising 1,600 yuan from their exercise. Concurrently, 110,000 share options lapsed under the post-IPO share option scheme adopted on March 16, 2021. The number of outstanding share options for WVR ordinary shares B at month-end was 3,453,942 under the 2019 plan and 37,572,400 under the 2021 scheme. Additionally, 1,168,500 share options remained outstanding from the 2024 Share Scheme.
