Bradaverse Education's share capital unchanged in November

Bradaverse Education (Int'l) Investments Group Limited submitted its monthly return on movements in securities for the period ended 30 November 2025. The company’s authorised share capital remained stable at 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.05 per share, totaling HK$300,000,000. There were no increases or decreases in authorised shares during the month.

Similarly, the total number of issued ordinary shares also held steady at 608,046,880 shares. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were bought back or transferred out during November. The company’s 2023 Share Option Scheme, approved on 21 December 2023, maintains 60,223,888 shares available for future issuance upon exercise of all granted share options.
