Shanghai Pharma reports stable share capital for november

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. confirmed no changes in its issued ordinary share capital for both H shares and A shares for the month ended November 30, 2025. The total number of H shares issued remained at 919,072,704, and A shares remained at 2,789,289,105.

The company's authorized/registered share capital for H shares stood at 919,072,704 yuan and for A shares at 2,789,289,105 yuan, maintaining a par value of 1 yuan per share for both classes. The total authorized/registered share capital at month-end was 3,708,361,809 yuan.

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals also reported 680,000 outstanding A share options with an exercise price of 20.16 yuan. There were no new shares issued or treasury shares transferred out during November 2025 under the share option scheme, and no funds were raised from the exercise of options.
