Chanjet repurchases H-shares, reducing count in November

Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited's H-shares saw a reduction of 192,000 shares in November 2025, bringing the total number of issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) to 135,612,411 by month-end. Simultaneously, the number of treasury H-shares increased by 192,000, totaling 288,800. These movements resulted from multiple share repurchases conducted between November 7 and November 27, 2025.

The repurchases, all approved at the general meeting on May 20, 2025, involved share prices ranging from HK$8.2142 to HK$8.8005. The total authorized/registered share capital for both H-shares and domestic shares remained unchanged at RMB 325,772,499. No movements were reported for the company's domestic shares during the month.

The total issued H-shares now stand at 135,901,211, inclusive of treasury shares, while domestic shares remain at 189,871,288. No other movements related to share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue shares were reported.
