Sunevision appoints new directors and company secretary

Sunevision Holdings Ltd. has appointed Helen Lo Ngai as an executive director and Kenny Lam Kwok-fung as an independent non-executive director, both effective November 28, 2025.

Lo, currently the director, commercial, joined Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in October 2020 and holds a master's degree in business administration. Her service agreement is for three years, with an annual director's fee of HK$45,000 and fixed cash emoluments of HK$4,290,000. She also holds 1,400,000 share options. Lam, with law degrees from Oxford and a finance degree from Wharton, will receive an annual director's fee of HK$150,000.

Additionally, Bonnie Lau has resigned as company secretary and authorised representative, effective November 28, 2025. Noel Lok Wai, the current chief financial officer, has been appointed to succeed her in both roles from the same date. Lok is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds leadership positions in finance within the SHKP Group.
