Shanghai Pharma to hold EGM after shareholder request

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on December 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the meeting room, 2nd floor, Shanghai Pharma Building, No. 200 Taicang Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. The EGM was prompted by written replies received from shareholders ten days prior to the planned meeting date, indicating that the number of voting shares represented by those who will attend has not exceeded half of the total voting shares of the company. As of November 28, 2025, the executive directors of the company include Mr. Yang Qiuhua (chairman), Mr. Shen Bo, Mr. Li Yongzhong, and Mr. Dong Ming. Mr. Zhang Wenxue serves as the non-executive director, while Mr. Gu Zhaoyang, Mr. Manson Fok, Mr. Wang Zhong, and Ms. Man Kwan are the independent non-executive directors.
