Modern Innovative Digital Technology narrows losses despite turnover dip

Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited reported a net loss of HK$23.6 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025, an improvement from the HK$30.7 million loss in the corresponding period of 2024. This was primarily driven by a HK$3.0 million reduction in impairment losses on receivables and a HK$4.4 million decrease in administrative expenses. Turnover for the period was HK$30.0 million, down from HK$35.6 million in the prior year, with gross profit also falling to HK$9.3 million from HK$12.2 million.

As of September 30, 2025, the group's total assets stood at approximately HK$661.6 million, a slight decline from HK$677.4 million on March 31, 2025. Net assets similarly decreased to HK$615.9 million from HK$639.6 million, mainly attributable to the period's loss. The gearing ratio increased to 2.41% from 0.32%, while the liquidity ratio was 15.89, compared to 16.91 as of March 31, 2025. The board did not recommend an interim dividend for the period.
