Jinchuan Group auditor Deloitte resigns amid investigation, Crowe proposed

Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd. announced the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu ("Deloitte") as its auditor on November 28, 2025. Deloitte cited its inability to provide a timeline for completing the 2024 Annual Results audit, largely due to an ongoing independent investigation into an "Allegation." Deloitte's professional relationship became untenable after the board decided to nominate another firm, preventing Deloitte from completing the 2024 audit as intended.

The company is currently in the process of appointing Crowe (HK) CPA Limited ("Crowe") to fill the casual vacancy. The board and audit committee are assessing Crowe based on factors including its audit proposal, extensive experience, independence, market standing, and resources. The appointment is contingent upon board approval and completion of audit engagement acceptance procedures.

Trading in Jinchuan Group shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, and will remain suspended until further notice. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution.
