Paradise Entertainment to exit Macau casino management business

Paradise Entertainment Limited announced its subsidiary will cease providing casino management services to SJM Resorts at Casino Kam Pek Paradise in Macau, effective from December 2, 2025. This follows the expiry of a service agreement.

The company stated its ongoing commitment to the strategic development, sale, and leasing of electronic gaming equipment and systems in both Macau and international markets, a segment believed to hold significant growth potential. The board intends to continue enhancing product offerings and seeking partnerships to strengthen its position in the gaming industry, while also exploring alternative business opportunities to diversify operations and mitigate risks.
