COSCO SHIPPING Development to close H Shares register for EGM

COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. has announced the closure of its H Shares member register from Wednesday, December 10, 2025, to Monday, December 15, 2025, inclusive. This closure is in anticipation of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025. During this period, no transfers of H Shares will be registered.

The EGM will address several key matters, including the approval of the 2025 Second Heavy Industry Shipbuilding Contracts, non-exempt continuing connected transactions, and a major and continuing connected transaction. Only H shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members at the close of business on December 9, 2025, will be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM.

To ensure eligibility to attend and vote, H shareholders must lodge all transfer documents, along with their relevant share certificates, with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on December 9, 2025. The H Share registrar is located at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
