China Galaxy Securities issues ¥4 bn commercial paper for working capital

China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. announced the completion of its 2025 twenty-seventh tranche of short-term commercial paper issuance on November 26, 2025. This issuance follows an amendment to the authorization plan approved at an extraordinary general meeting on February 17, 2025. This amendment allows the board to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of the company's latest audited net assets.

The commercial paper issue size is ¥4 billion, with a nominal value and issue price of ¥100 per unit. The commercial paper has a term of 289 days and features a final coupon rate of 1.69%. The proceeds from this issuance are designated to supplement the working capital of China Galaxy Securities.
