Xinte Energy announces leadership transition, new chairman

Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. announced that zhang jianxin has resigned as chairman and an executive director, effective today. Zhang will specialize in strategic planning and development for TBEA Co., Ltd., the company's controlling shareholder. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Concurrently, huang hanjie has been redesignated from a non-executive director to an executive director and appointed as chairman, effective immediately.
