China Pacific Insurance names Zhou Liyun as employee director

Ms. Zhou Liyun has been elected as an employee director for the tenth session of the board of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. Her term of office will commence upon the approval of the company's Articles of Association and her director qualification by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, extending until the expiry of the tenth session's term.

Ms. Zhou, born in September 1974, currently holds several key positions within the company, including deputy secretary of the Party Committee, vice chairman of the board of supervisors, and chairman of the Labor Union. Her extensive background includes leadership roles at Shanghai Talent Service Center, Shanghai Urban Construction Investment and Development (Group) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Chengtou (Group) Co., Ltd. She holds a master's degree.

No service contract has been entered into between Ms. Zhou and the company; her emoluments will be determined by the company's existing policies. She has not held any other directorships in listed companies in the past three years, nor does she have any other positions within the company's subsidiaries or relationships with other directors, supervisors, or substantial shareholders.
